I have two types of sleep apnea. Would like to monitor my oxygen levels during the night plus alarm. What would I need?

I understand you have mixed sleep apnea, with central apnea and obstructive sleep apnea. Patients with sleep apnea have sometimes problems with oxygen levels

A normal blood oxygen level should be 94% to 98%. However, as a result of not breathing for more than 30 seconds during sleep, your oxygen levels would drop to 80% or less.

You can use a portable pulse oximeter to monitor your oxygen levels during sleep. This little device can also help you discover if your treatment for sleep apnea is efficient.
